Folder information:
Each folder belongs to a different sample.
These samples belong to three conditions: TWIST, Vector-Ctrl, and WT. Each folder contains five .raw files with mass spectrometry data for respective sample

Sample information:
TWIST samples were induced to the mesenchymal state by expression of TWIST vector
Vector-Ctrl samples were transfected with an empty vector and remain epithelial  
WT samples are not transfected with a vector and remain epithelial 

each sample has three replicates donoted by tailing number

exp_metadata.xlsx contains experimental metadata pertaining to how samples were processed for mass spec
